Important Hotel Room Information
Note we are not a beach resort, we are however a very close and just 100 metres walk to the famous white sands. We do not have rooms that have beach views.
Terms and Conditions
1. Room Payments - All room payments must be settled in cash at check-in. No Credit Cards, Checks or PayPal or foreign currency is accepted. Note - Pagudpud does not have any Bank, ATM, Foreign Exchange and we do not accept Credit Cards or Checks.
2. Check-out Time is 11 am. Late Check out is by special arrangement. Check-in Time is 2 pm
3. Accounts - The Hotel does not run guest room accounts. All Restaurant meals must be paid for in cash when dining in the Restaurant. All beverage and food bills are payable as you go. Please do not ask as meals will not be provided on credit! We do not have a Credit Card facility such as large hotels so that a deposit on account for expenses can be made.
4. Booking Extensions - Room booking extensions should be made as early as possible as we cannot guarantee if made last minute. We can only do this if rooms are available. Full payment is required by 11 am checkout time when extending a stay.
5. Smoking Rules - Our guest rooms are Strictly No Smoking and all rooms are fitted with a smoke detector. 6. Senior Card Holder Discounts - If you are claiming seniors card discount, the booking must be made in the name of the card holder and paid for by the card holder. If not declared with the reservation, the discount will not be recognized at check-in. Please show us your Senior Card at check-in. Senior Card only covers the actual card carrying seniors and will be applied pro-rata to the booking if not all persons are seniors and not applicable for group bookings.
