The resort is located in Balaoi in the middle of Maira-ira Cove, popularly known as the Blue Lagoon because of its spectacular aquamarine waters.

Maira-ira Cove has fine white sands, South China Sea breezes, backed by rich green mountains, a variety of sea life, great fresh seafood, and of course friendly Ilocano locals.

This is one of the most recent resorts to open at the Blue Lagoon. The resort comprises two duplex buildings and a bungalow within a compound. They offer a total of 20 rooms. All guest rooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have bathrooms with both hot and cold shower.

The rooms offer a villa style accommodation with each unit having a living and dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom etc. Each unit also has spacious front porches with lounges to laze around on

It is just a 200 metre walk to the sands of the Blue Lagoon and Maira-ira Cove
