The Resort is a popular low cost place to stay. It is well located at Burayoc Point and Saud beach is literally a few steps away. This resort is reportedly an affiliate company of the Terra Rika and Apo Idon at the western end of Pagudpud

The rooms have air-conditioning and have ensuite toilet and bath. There are televisions located in the common area along with videoke, and they have a curfew on this for those who need to sleep

The rates are very reasonable and rooms can be rented 4 or 5 persons at around P1,500 overnight. They offer 2 rooms large enough to take 10 people and 4 additional rooms that cater for 5 to 6 people. The average room rate is Php1,200.00 - P1,500.00 per night per room
