BergBlick Deutsches RestaurantBergBlick Deutsches Restaurant Pagudpud now has a great new German restaurant in Burayoc. the restaurant is owned by Detlev and Maritess Cotte. Detlev is German, while Tess is Filipino. The name is German for mountain view. They have an interesting menu that offers German and Filipino dishes that include lemon pepper or garlic chili bagnet variations. You could indulge in the BergBlick-Pan, with bread crumbed pork chops, sausage (wurst), pork roast, cabbage roll-pan-fried potatoes and mixed salsa. This comes with greens and a great French dressing.
Try these Desserts The dessert menu also features my favorite dessert and one that i have been searching the world over for the perfect crème brûlée. The crème brûlée is similar to the Philippine leche flan, only I have to say better. The chefs interpretation has oranges over cocoa powder that complements the the caramelized custard. Try it!
